Returns & Replacements

All cartons must be opened and product inspected within 14 days of delivery. Wynton Sales must approve (in writing) all returns for repair, replacement, credit or refund within 30 Days of order delivery. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender's expense. Return of product for inspection by Wynton Sales is not to be construed as an admission of the claimed defect by special or consequential damages, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Wynton Sales. Purchaser agrees Wynton Sales has final authority regarding a decision to replace, credit or refund orders. Wynton Sales is not responsible for delays, expenses or other costs associated with marketing or sales events.
